Using the app

From a question to a reading

Sign in to the app to draw cards. You can begin with a single card, then try a larger spread when you want more context.

  1. Bring a question

Write down what you want to discuss, or start with what is on your mind. For example: “What deserves my attention today?”

  2. Choose a spread and draw

Swipe across the table to choose a spread. Hold the deck to shuffle, then follow the on-screen prompts to select your cards.

  3. Read the cards in context

Notice each card's name, orientation and position, then read how G connects it with your question. For a larger spread, look at the reading across the cards too.

  4. Continue the conversation

Talk with G about what stood out to you. Your cards and readings are available in App history whenever you want to return.

In the screenshotThe reversed Three of Pentacles

The screenshot asks “What deserves my attention today” and shows the Three of Pentacles reversed. The reading connects it with coordination and shared work, then gives the card interpretation and a broader summary.

You could note a task you are working on with someone else and what still needs discussing. This explains one example on screen; a later draw can produce a different card and reading.

Not sure how to phrase it? These tarot question examples give you a starting point.

Read the card in its place

Read the card alongside its position and your question. The Sun tarot card guide gives upright and reversed examples; draw your own cards and continue the conversation with G in the app.

Leave room for your own response

Notice what the reading brings to mind. If another person is involved, leave room to hear from them directly. Future positions explore possibilities that can change with your choices and circumstances.

Past cards and readings are available in App history. Revisit them when something has changed, or continue discussing a reading with G.
